To help promote strength training for over 50’s we run an accredited tier 2 SFL program implemented by our fully trained fitness instructors.

This is a 45 minute assessment testing functional strength, mobility and balance.
Based on the results a program will be written to suit your personal needs and gives you a plan to follow to get your strength training on track!
CASUAL CLASS $8 P/CLASS SFL ONLY
These are conducted by our SFL qualified Group Fitness Instructors and have several participants training together to keep it social while you get your workout in.
