This workshop is a combination of Uin yoga, Vinyasa/Yang, Pranayama (breathing) and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation).
1. Yin yoga is the practice of holding passive postures for a longer period, using the support of props; giving your mind and body a chance to deeply relax with ease.
2. Vinyasa and Yang Flow will link each movement with breath, creating a moving mediation, building strength in the body and warming from the inside out.
3. Ending with a guided relaxation, giving your mind a chance to settle.
