At Peak 24 we believe age should be no barrier to regaining your strength and balance!

To help promote strength training for over 50’s we run an accredited tier 2 SFL program implemented by our fully trained fitness instructors.

Through our structured programming we aim to encourage older people to engage in strength training and experience the benefits strength training provides to their well-being and general lifestyle.

Research shows that strength training can alleviate the effects of chronic conditions such as Arthritis, Type 2 Diabetes, Osteoporosis and Heart Disease.It can also improve:
